• You are using the mentorship for business or professional purposes.

3. Use of Content

All content, frameworks, documents and materials shared as part of the mentorship are for your personal and business use only. You agree not to:

• Copy, resell or redistribute the mentorship content as your own training
• Share paid materials publicly without written permission

4. Payments

All payments for the mentorship program are processed through Cashfree or other authorised payment partners. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise us to charge the applicable fees for the selected program or plan.

5. 100% Guarantee of Results, But

Export business results depend on multiple external factors (market conditions, product quality, pricing, your effort etc.). We do not provide any promises of orders, shipments or income. Mentorship is intended to improve strategy, clarity and execution, not to guarantee outcomes.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining required licenses, registrations and legal compliance for export
• Ensuring accuracy of information shared with buyers, banks and authorities
• Taking timely actions suggested during mentorship sessions

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExportWithShiva and its mentors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the mentorship or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or opportunities.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, text, graphics, videos and materials are owned by ExportWithShiva or used with permission. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use them for your own business learning.

9. Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue parts of the mentorship, including content, format and pricing, at any time. Existing students will be informed as reasonably possible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in our place of business.
